IPL Auction 2025 Predicted Price of these Star Pacers
In the upcoming IPL Auction 2025, a lot of fast bowlers will be going under the hammer. Each team will be desperate to have some big names and strengthen their squad. Bowlers especially from India, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia will be in demand. The different skill sets of the players will see them fetch accordingly. Each of these teams has quality bowlers who have the caliber to change the match on their own. One good spell and they can run through the batting line-up.
Let’s look at the predicted prices of these players in the IPL Auction 2025
India
India in the last decade has seen the bulk of Indian pace bowlers ready to show their skills on the big stage. Arshdeep, Shami, Bhuvneshwar, and Natarajan will be in demand for their match-winning ability with the ball. Each has a different skill set and has done pretty well for their franchises.
Australia
Australia has always produced bowlers who have created a massive impact on the game, from Lillee and Thomson to McGrath and Lee to the current trio of Cummins, Starc, and Hazlewood. Starc, Ellis, and Hazlewood would bag a big purse for their ability.
South Africa
South Africa, the land of great Allan Donald and Makhaya Ntini, has produced tremendous fast bowlers over the years. One of the most feared bowlers on the field and perhaps the most loved off the field, Dale Steyn, comes from South Africa. The new generation is not weak in any aspect compared to their predecessors. Amongst the new generation, Rabada, Jansen, and Nortje are likely to find a big purse for themselves.
New Zealand
Always an underdog, New Zealand has seen a bunch of good fast bowlers representing their country. From Hadlee, Morrison, and Cairns, the baton kept passing on to modern greats such as Boult, Southee, and Wagner. From the land of some of the great fast bowlers, Boult, Ferguson, and ORourke are most likely to have a good auction.
England
The land of Botham, Willis, Trueman, Anderson, and Hoggard has seen some outright greats of the game. The tank of fast bowling never seems to have been void of rich resources. The recent bunch of pacers are no less than any former greats. However, they will still have to prove their ability on the big stage. From the recent group, Archer, and Woods are not participating in the IPL Auction 2025 due to injury concerns but Topley is likely to find some bidders.
