Latest Changes in the Management and Support staff before the IPL 2025 season:
Recently, Gary Kirsten (GT mentor) and Gautam Gambhir (KKR mentor) gave up their respective IPL contracts for the head coach positions of Pakistan and Indian cricket teams respectively.
Ricky Ponting joined as the head coach of the Punjab Kings after leaving Delhi Capitals.
Dinesh Karthik who recently announced his retirement joined RCB as their batting coach and mentor after the IPL 2024 season.
Zaheer Khan joined the Lucknow franchise as a mentor after leaving Mumbai Indians support staff.
Rahul Dravid replaces Kumar Sangakkara as Rajasthan Royals head coach and Vikram Rathore joins Rajasthan as their new batting coach along with Dravid.
Mumbai Indians also replaced their Head coach Mark Boucher with Mahela Jayawardene before the upcoming IPL 2025 Auction.
