West Indies won the second T20I match of the ongoing series during their India tour in 2022, along with that West Indies leveled the series by 1-1 in the ongoing 5-match T20I series.
West Indies won the toss and elected to bowl first, a brilliant 6-wicket bowling spell by the Caribbean pacer Obed McCoy helped the hosts to restrict Team India to a below-par score of 138 runs, team India managed to score only with the help of Rishabh Pant’s quick cameo of 24 in 12 balls, along with the contribution of Pandya and Jadeja.
While chasing West Indies batters looked aggressive but Indian bowlers also did well and managed to drag the chase till the last over. Team India lost the match however, Arshdeep Singh impressed everyone with his death bowling skills, which may help him to earn a seat for the upcoming Asia Cup and T20WC.
